2022: Establishing Our Global Service Center
Recognizing the growing need for 24/7 IT support and anticipating the role of AI in solving tomorrow’s challenges, we built our own Global Service Center (GSC) in 2022. This move has strengthened our ability to provide continuous support to businesses around the world, ensuring we remain at the forefront of the outsourcing and technology support industry.
2023: Achieving SOC 2 Type 2 Certification
With cybersecurity being a core value at MotivIT, we achieved SOC 2 Type 2 certification in 2023, further validating our commitment to data protection and security excellence. This certification allows us to provide peace of mind to businesses that trust us with their most critical assets.
